For Data Facts to thoroughly process your credit report updates, we need your help!  Following the guidelines below will help us to expedite your credit report updates and requests.

1. Include applicant's authorization and full contact information with your request. This allows us to immediately correspond with companies requiring this authorization. Full contact information needs to include home, cell and work numbers for the applicant.

2. Provide full account numbers for accounts listed on credit applications or accounts needing verification. Full account numbers are needed to verify information via automated systems. Most companies needing faxed authorizations require 24-72 hours to return our request. Full account numbers can help us complete some requests 90% faster.

3. Let your client know that you use Data Facts as your credit agency, and that Data Fact may contact them. This allows the clients to feel safe talking to us about their personal credit report.

4. Include landlord names and contact information with your request. This will allow us to achieve more same day responses.

5. List your request clearly and specify special requests needed for verification.

6. Verify if customers can be contacted for conference calls. Some verifications can be completed by having your client participate in a conference call. This can improve service time drastically. Please be sure to include the proper contact information.

7. Include any correspondence your customer may have had with a creditor or court. Letters, receipts for final payments, divorce decrees, bankruptcy letters from the court house regarding liens or judgments, etc. Most will be sealed or stamped from the court house.

8. When ordering RMCR's, send the client application & authorization, plus all contact information numbers (home, cell, work) for the applicant.
