Quality Control

Quality control is of the utmost importance at Data Facts, Inc.  Our quality control efforts are part of our commitment to our customers and allow us to provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.  We continually quality control the reports that are processed in our office to ensure that our processes and information are accurate.

After Hours Monitoring

Data Facts, Inc. is now monitoring after-hour activity on our credit reporting system.  If we find any credit reports pulled between 1 a.m. - 5 a.m., we will send notice to the production manager or main company contact regarding the credit files that have been pulled, with the applicable dates and times.

This is just one more way that Data Facts provides the Information You Trust.
