DFI has a full time receptionist position available, starting salary is $10.00/hr with experience in handling heavy phone volume and must have computer skills, good grammar is a must. Our office is a business casual environment Mon-Fri 8-5. Office duties will included: outgoing mail , some filing, excel spread sheet charts. Full benefits available.

Data Facts, Inc., a national provider of pre-employment background screening services, is expanding their business development efforts and is looking for Multiple Sales Executives in targeted areas of the U.S. to join their team.

We are located in Memphis, TN and are equipped to have this position filled anywhere in the USA. We offer an annual salary, and commission structure, accompanied by benefits. This position requires relationship building skills, as these customer bonds aren't forged overnight. A dynamic sales approach and outgoing personality, mixed with HR industry/Background screening experience would make you an ideal candidate.

Accountabilities:

· Penetrate vertical markets where volume business can be achieved.

· Develop relationships with key decision makers, primarily Human Resources staff and/or C level.

· Continually develop and report on a healthy pipeline.

· Keep updated on legal changes in human resource/background screening related issues.

· Drive revenue goals set by company for your territory.

· Meet all assigned territory objectives through cold calling, setting up meetings, demonstrating product and services capabilities, and managing the sales cycles for new prospects.

Requirements:

· Need proven, verifiable experience and results.

· High drive to succeed and maintain motivation in an independent environment.

· 3-4 Years experience selling to HR professionals and/or background screening industry is required.

· Ability to deliver web-based and face to face presentations to potential customers.

· Relationship building skills – this is not an instant gratification sales cycle.

· Ability to use available resources and incorporate them into business development strategies.

· Capturing of accurate and complete information in a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

· Developing and accomplishing a regional business development plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.

· Experience with GotoMeetng, and Microsoft PowerPoint a plus.

· Available home office environment-Successful track record selling home office.

This position requires relationship building skills, ability to call on C-Level executives, Credit Managers and Commercial Lending Risk Officers. A dynamic sales approach and outgoing personality, mixed with previous Business Credit Solutions selling would make you an ideal candidate.
