Welcome Go Tell Ministries volunteers!

Data Facts is pleased to be an approved background screening vendor for Go Tell Ministries and their volunteers. 

This page includes all of the information you will need to assist you in completing your volunteer screening requirements.

Please note: This page is for individual screening.  If you would like information on background screening options for your church or organization, please contact Ann Easton at (901) 331-1367. 

Required Release

To start the screening process, please print and complete the Go Tell Release authorization.

Please fax or scan/email the completed form to Data Facts, Attn: Kathy McGee

Data Facts will contact you via email with a report number and report price that is required to be entered when you post payment for your report on the payment page.

Payment

Please note: You will not post payment for your report until you receive an email from Data Facts with the report number and report cost.

Online Payment page

On the payment page, please enter the following information in the applicable fields:

Account Name: Enter 'Go Tell Ministries volunteer'
Account Number: Enter 'VOL-GTM'
Invoice Number: Enter report number Data Facts provides

Follow the page directions for additional data entry.

Additional Notes

When your report has been completed, Data Facts will email the report to the email address entered on the release form.
