Save yourself from the work by sending invitations to appraisers who can sign themselves up with your company on Appraisal Firewall. All you have to know is your appraiser’s email address. Appraisers can enter their counties of coverage, their fees, upload their licenses, certifications, and E&O policies. Appraisal Firewall even checks the dates of the license expirations so you have less ongoing appraiser due diligence work.

You Choose!  Automated or Manual Appraiser Assignment

Appraisal Firewall takes an appraisal order and places it within that lender’s preferred or screened appraiser panel. The appraiser that is selected to work on an appraisal can be chosen either by Appraisal Firewall technology, or you can assign the appraiser to the order manually. Appraisal Firewall’s automated order assignment utilizes vicinity to subject property, products offered by appraiser, historical appraiser quality, and other pertinent appraiser selection criteria.

Customer Service Management with Appraisers

A full status and communications management system is at the heart of Appraisal Firewall. You know the status of each order as it progresses, you know the information that is required to complete each order, and you know if your appraisers need any help or more information. You are notified via email whenever an order is placed, if a status changes, if your appraisers leave you a message, and when an order is delivered and ready for your review.
