Julie Wink, Executive Vice President
Julie Wink started with Data Facts in 1995 and became the Executive Vice President in June of 2005. Julie started in the credit industry in 1987 and over the years has served on numerous committees including the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association. She currently sits on the Education Committee for the National Credit Reporting Association.

Lisa May, Vice President - Resource & Development
Lisa May has been with Data Facts since 1995 and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in January of 2010. Lisa has served and continues to serve on many committees including serving as VP of Hospitality for SHRM Memphis for the past 2 years. Lisa also won the Data Facts Diamond Award for 2010. The Diamond Award is our equivalent of Employee of The Year - the Top Award that Data Facts offers! She was also inducted into the Data Facts President's Club in 2010.

Diana Agee, Mortgage Services Operations Manager (TRV, SSA, VOE)
Diana Agee started with Data Facts in 2009 and quickly moved up to become the Mortgage Services Operations Manager in June of 2010. Diana is married, has three children and enjoys being outdoors, waterskiing, and decorating in her free time.

Lindsay Beardsley has been with Data Facts since 1997 and has held a number of different positions at Data Facts. She has presented credit education information to numerous customers over the years to keep them abreast of new changes and regulations. Lindsay is married, has two sons and enjoys spending time with her family and her favorite lab Rocko.

Ann Easton has been with Data Facts since 1999 and has been in the background screening services industry for over 26 years! She has served on the National Association of Background Screeners Education and Ethics Committees, and currently is on the Accreditation Marketing Committee for the NAPB. Ann has spoken several times at various SHRM Chapter meetings and at Shared Church Services events for Data Facts, as well as at the Memphis Regional Chamber breakfast event.

Johnna Leeds has been with Data Facts since 1996. She has been a member of the North Alabama SHRM, NAPBS, and is currently on the NAPBS Best Practices Group, Litigation Avoidance and Government Relations. Johnna won the Employee of the Year award in 1997. Johnna has served a number of roles at Data Facts including sales and customer service but is currently enjoying her current position of Compliance and Resource Manager.

Susan McCullah has been with Data Facts since 2003. Susan served on the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association board from 2004-2006 and most recently was promoted to Resource and Development Manager in 2010. Susan was inducted into the Data Facts President's Club in 2010.

Laurie Nedostup has been with Data Facts since 2003 and has been in the financial and background screening industry since 1995. Laurie served on the legislative board committee with the National Association of Background Screeners from 2008-2009 and is also a licensed private detective in the state of Tennessee.

Michael Nichols started with Data Facts in 2005. He has spoken to the Little Rock Mortgage Bankers Association about credit education on more than one occasion. Michael is married, has a son and enjoys cooking, working on his motorcycle and playing cards in his spare time.

Damon Pike, System Administrator/Web Developer
Damon Pike joined the Data Facts Team in 2007 as the Rescore Specialist. In October 2008, Damon was moved into the role of IT Support and Web Developer as Data Facts started the project of rebranding and rebuilding our web site. More changes have come along as Data Facts continues to grow and Damon is now the System Administrator overseeing our Employment Screening platforms along with maintaing our various web sites. Damon currently sits on the NCRA Technology Committee and is NCRA FCRA Certified.

Tracie Coronado rejoined the Data Facts Team in 2010. She started with Data Facts originally in 1989, the year that Data Facts opened, worked at DFI for five years and then decided to pursue other opportunities. Tracie has 20 years of experience in the background screening industry and is a member of Charlotte SHRM and the Metropolitan Business & Professional Women. Lindsay Floyd came to Data Facts in 2009 bringing her knowledge and skills obtained from her experience in the banking industry. Gaining experience throughout Data Facts including the employment screening department, tax return verifications, verifications of employment and social security searches Lindsay has brought her experience to the position of Sales Assistant in April 2011.

Sarah Gaither, Account Executive, Employment Screening
Sarah Gaither has been with Data Facts since 2006 and was promoted to Team Leader of the Employment Screening Department in 2007. In late 2011, Sarah was promoted to Account Executive. Sarah is an extremely hard worker and takes great care in dealing with customers. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family.
