Bliss is actually my "go to" person at Data Facts. If there is a problem with an order, she calls me as soon as she sees it. If I don't answer the phone, she'll send me an e-mail to back up the phone call.
Our email was down one day, I called Bliss, not only did she offer to order anything I needed via fax, she said that she would monitor whatever, you look at there, and fax me any transcripts that came over until we were up and running. Another time, our branch had not been open very long, and I needed some business returns but my online would not give me that option. Bliss ordered my returns for ma and also got tech support to fix my problem.
I have never had a bad experience with Bliss. I wish some of my other vendors were as nice and helpful as she is. When I call her, I have every confidence that my needs will be met. But don't take her away from me!! I don't want anyone else.

My client service representative is Jennifer Piper, I also deal with Sarah Gaither regularly. I've written you before about the quality of service our company receives, but I feel compelled to let you know that these 2 ladies continue to be tremendous assets for your company. They both do such a great job, their follow up is always in a timely fashion, they are tremendously courteous and respectful. (Well, as respectful as Jennifer can be!!!) Sarah is just a joy to deal with. I've often told my Director if I had these 2 ladies working for me I could sleep at night in peace!!
In this day with technology being what it is customer service is often lacking, but with Jennifer and Sarah it is superb, they represent your company at the highest level.

You guys are always so extremely helpful when we need something but I really want to point out Tina Branham. I feel that so many times someone gets overlooked for so many things in doing just what one would consider our everyday jobs but I've had the experience of dealing with her a few times now and she is ALWAYS so quick to respond and always professional and courteous. I'm sure this isn't always an easy task and we tend to be very demanding at times especially with how very busy we are at this time so I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your team's excellent customer service, especially that of Tina Branham. I just didn't want this to go unrecognized.
