Tammy Henry is Vice President of Client Success at Data Facts, bringing almost 40 years of leadership experience in human resources, operations, legal, and risk management. Before joining Data Facts in 2018, she led one of the world's largest employment background screening programs, overseeing 1.75 million background checks annually. Her expertise includes employment screening strategy, risk mitigation, screening program development, and client relationship management. At Data Facts, Tammy leads initiatives that help employers optimize their background screening programs, improve hiring efficiency, and build successful, long-term partnerships. She holds an advanced FCRA certification with the PBSA and is active in SHRM Memphis and the PBSA.
