Summary

Like to learn? Our Background Screening Processor trains in various roles within the Background Screening Department as it relates to background checks, occupational health, and verification services.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Background Screening Processors will work with one of our Front End/Occupational Health, Courts, or Verifications teams in a variety of ways to process the background check.

  • Social security trace and address history reviews
  • Criminal record searches
  • Employments, education, reference verification checks
  • Occupational health Services
  • International criminal and verifications searches
  • Motor vehicle records
  • All employees are required to become FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) certified within 60 days of employment.

Duties: (note, this is not an exhaustive list. Each processor is trained within the team with the immediate need for staffing).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in office automation software, including Chrome or Firefox & Microsoft
  • Office components such as Outlook, Excel & Word

Work Environment

Data Facts offers a fun office environment and true team atmosphere. Depending on the Covid-19 Pandemic trends there may be opportunities when necessary to work remotely once the 90-day probationary period is successfully completed.

Physical Requirements

Light; may spend extended periods at terminal.

Shift Requirements

  • Office is open 7:00am - 6:00pm CST
  • Ability to work flexible hours as assigned is required - typical shift is 8:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating schedule of 7:00am - 4:00pm and 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • There may be the option to work 4 10-hour days.

Business Intelligence Developer

A Business Intelligence Developer uses technical and analytic skills in partnership with business stakeholders to research, predict and solve existing business problems. They will leverage their analytic skills throughout the entire end to end reporting process. This includes advising on KPI and metric design choices, developing requirements, governance, data quality, creating data sets, creating dashboards, data analysis and support. Candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, SSIS, and general data architecture. Additional experience with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Cosmos, and restful APIs is preferred.

Job Summary

  • Gather requirements from Analytical Leads for building requirements (business and functional) for delivering various reportings not limited to: Microstrategy, Microsoft Office, web based applications and future technologies.
  • Develop and deploy dashboards, visualization and autonomous/dynamic
  • Optimize and scale production of report production and distribution to be autonomous and dynamic
  • Work with the Data Management team to provide input on logical and physical database design; data modeling and/or mapping
  • Generate large and complex data extracts and queries for the Analytical Leads for data analysis by utilizing SQL

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Uses Microsoft Power BI to create certified datasets, and KPI dashboards.
  • Guides partners in the design of dashboards that drive process improvements and automation.
  • Acts as a data governance champion, and actively works to improve consistency, visibility and documentation across the organization.
  • Represent the organization as a data expert, including the ability to talk to data analysis results in small group meetings.
  • Assist super users with performance tuning, best practices, and modifications to existing reports and processes.
  • Creates technical design documentation in adherence to business, source system, target report, and data quality requirements.
  • Participate in the creation data sets for use across the organization and with 3rd part vendors using APIs and topics.
  • Exhibits work consistent with the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Kanban.
  • Works with end users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Produces thorough technical design documents, test plans and documented results.

Required Qualifications

  • Four (4) year college degree in a technical discipline or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience writing, analyzing and troubleshooting SQL code in relational database management systems (RDBMS) especially MS SQL Server
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience writing, analyzing and troubleshooting Web based Application developed in VB.Net or C#
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience writing, analyzing and troubleshooting VBA, HTML, and javascript application
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience writing, analyzing and troubleshooting SSIS packages and Store Procedures in a SQL environment
  • Experience in data modeling for a data warehouse especially MS SQL Server
  • Experience in data structure, algorithm, operating system and other fundamental Computer Science/Programming concepts
    Minimum of 3 year working with business end users and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing business intelligence solutions utilizing MicroStrategy in a data warehouse or data mart environment
  • Experience with development using API through REST/SOAP interface
  • Experience with MicroStrategy Data Mining Services, Distribution Service, OLAP Services, MicroStrategy SDK
  • Certification of Web based applications development or BI visualization tools.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Big Data warehouse such as Hadoop
  • Professional graphic design experience with strong graphic design portfolio, incorporating infographics and data visualization; experience in creating interactive charts and infographics extremely desirable

This is what you'll do:

Relationship Cultivation and Strategic Management

  • Maintain full ownership of a book of business including up to 20 enterprise level accounts
  • Act as a strategic adviser to your client base by being the "go to" person for strategic account needs
  • Become an industry expert to better understand each client's organizational dynamics
  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability

Metrics, Reporting and Client Strategy

  • Conduct regular business reviews using value add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs
  • Monitor and analyze development and strategic progression for all client accounts

Consultative Selling to Existing Business

  • Create account plans as a road map to grow customer revenue and deliver world class client satisfaction
  • Grow customer book of business to target prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new business
  • Implement long term contract agreements with clients to review and grow revenue
  • Propose additional products and services to expand footprint within existing accounts

What we're looking for:

  • You can demonstrate four or more years of proven success within the areas of strategic account management, sales experience, or consulting
  • You have a proven track record of building relationships within large, enterprise companies (multi-national, $1Bil in revenue or more) in any industry
  • You have experience supporting client relationships by
    • Seeking ways to deliver incremental value
    • Expanding relationships to peers and superiors
    • Supporting existing resources in proposal development and sales execution
