Memphis TN, Aug. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Data Facts, a nationwide provider of mortgage lending solutions and national and international background screening solutions, recently celebrated their 29th anniversary in business.
Data Facts was founded by Daphne Large in Memphis TN in 1989. Daphne’s approach to success then and now is simple: “If Data Facts takes great care of our people, they will take great care of our customers, who will then take great care of Data Facts.” This approach is evident in the commitment of the company’s highly trained, experienced staff. More than half of Data Facts’ 100% U. S. based employees have been with the company eight years or longer.
Since 1989, significant industry advances in technology created both challenging obstacles and unique opportunities for Data Facts to grow. Data Facts met the challenges and consistently surpassed goals in terms of client development, retention, and employee development and satisfaction.
The top priority throughout the Data Facts history has been providing information clients can trust. Julie Wink, Executive Vice-President and Co-owner, explains. “The information we provide our clients is absolutely imperative to their success. We constantly evolve our employee training, stay abreast of industry regulations, and keep our eyes on the all-important compliance standards. Our unwavering focus on these aspects of business allows us to provide our customers the accurate information they expect from us.”
Large and Wink have assumed important industry roles to ensure they stay on top of the industry. Large is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and has served as the National Consumer Reporting Association’s (NCRA) President, Vice President, Treasurer and Director. Wink, who joined Data Facts in 1995 and became EVP and Co-owner in 2005, has served on several Mortgage Bankers Association Boards. She has also served the NCRA as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and as Chairperson of the Education Committee and their Board of Directors.
Today, Data Facts supports offices and staff in multiple states, with employees and clients nationwide, and remains dedicated to offering top-tier information products with unsurpassed personalized customer service. These components are instrumental in maintaining their place at the forefront of the industry.
Daphne, still at the helm as CEO and President, comments, “We thank each one of our valued team members for pursuing performance excellence every single day. We understand that only through the support of our great customers, dedicated, experienced staff, and our innovative partners have we been able to achieve this milestone. We are looking forward to serving our clients for many years to come!”
