Stage 1: Instant Services such as Social Security Number Traces, instant National Criminal Database or Motor Vehicle Records.

Stage 2: Criminal Records such as County Criminal Court, Statewide and Federal Criminal Records.

Stage 3: Investigative Services such as Education & Employment Verifications, and Drug Screening.

Flagging Candidates

• If the information returned is ADVERSE, which makes the applicant ineligible for hire, the report is CLOSED. Only charged for services COMPLETED.
• If the information returned is CAUTIONARY, the report is REVIEWED to determine if the applicant is ineligible or if the package should PROGRESS to the next stage.
• If the information returned is CLEAR, the package PROGRESSES to the next stage.
