John’s experience in the background screening industry is wide as he was involved in starting and managing a successful background screening company in 1994.
Over the past 25 years he has focused on helping companies implement and then continuously improve their background screening and hiring processes. This includes smaller privately owned companies up to Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries.
