Kim has been with Data Facts since 2014, where she started as a Background Screening Processor.
She won the Data Facts Rookie of the Year in her first year, and has since become the Verifications Team Lead. She truly cares about her work, her team, and providing the best customer experience possible.
"I love that we are a very fast pace business. I can never say I am bored and without work. I feel like every single day even after all these years I am always learning something new." says Kim. "Criminals get craftier every single day, and we have to continue to grow and evolve to keep up with them. I also enjoy we are the in between on someone getting a job and not getting a job. Our work keeps employees in the work place safe by making sure the company hiring has all the information available to them before making the decision to bring someone on to their team."
Kim graduated from Dyersburg State Community College with an Associates degree in Business Management, and is also a licensed cosmetologist. She enjoys doing makeup and spending time with her family.
